Deckorators Design and Build offers a free estimate with an experienced design consultant to help you create your dream outdoor living space. We first start by assessing your needs, then begin to design and finally go over product options, size and dimension, etc. We then have an experienced CAD designer who will provide you with a drawing to scale of the proposed deck and/or patio.

We will also return with an itemized breakdown of the estimate allowing you to customize your project. After we have finalized the details and signed a contract, we handle all HOA submittals and county permitting. Once the permit, is in hand we provide a pre-construction walk through to ensure that everyone is on the same page and all questions and concerns have been communicated. Then one of our experienced crews will build the job. We have extensive knowledge of and use all the latest maintenance free materials, such as, composite products including Trex decking and railing systems, Azek PVC trim and many others. Our crews have years of experience and are very neat, courteous and efficient.

We install pavers, flagstone and many other hardscape products for patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, as well as any other needs you may have in mind. Deckorators Design and Build proudly uses EP Henry pavers and wall systems. We also have a skilled electrician to enhance your outdoor living space with lighting, fans and outlets.
